Founded in 1990, Clean Air Filter (CAF) is a leader in high-performance filtration and pressurization systems designed to protect people working in the most demanding environments—from agricultural fields to industrial operations worldwide.

FOUNDED OUT OF NECESSITY

Clean Air Filter was born from a real-world problem. Its founder, a professional pesticide applicator, began experiencing health issues after years of working unprotected in heavy farm dust and chemical exposure. Recognizing the direct connection between the air he was breathing and his health, he set out to design a filtration system that could truly protect him in the cab.

When other farmers and applicators saw the difference the system made, they began asking for the same protection. What started as a personal solution quickly became a shared need—and Clean Air Filter was formed.

PROVEN PROTECTION, ENGINEERED TO PERFORM

CAF’s expertise expanded through its participation in the NIOSH Silicosis Project, helping develop early Filtration Protection Systems (FPS) using HEPA media to protect against fine particulates and chemical vapors. Today, CAF designs and manufactures industry-leading filtration and pressurization systems trusted by leading OEMs and proven through rigorous field testing.
