Join Our Radon Beta Testing Group

CAF is launching a limited Whole-Home Air Filtration Test Program to better understand how advanced air filtration technology can reduce indoor radon levels and improve overall air quality.

We’re inviting a small group of qualified homeowners to participate by having one of our whole-home air filtration systems installed in their home. In exchange for participation and shared performance data, participants will receive a rebate upon completion of the program.

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas and one of the leading causes of lung cancer in the United States. While mitigation systems are effective, CAF is studying how whole-home air filtration can further reduce radon levels and support healthier indoor environments.

By collecting real-world performance data from homes across our region, we can:

  • Measure how effectively whole-home air filtration reduces radon levels

  • Better understand long-term indoor air quality improvements

  • Use data to guide future programs, standards, and public education

Participant data will help inform future CAF initiatives and improve community health outcomes.
